East Indies Hen - J&J Call Ducks
The CHB 2016 Fall Show was held at the Central Alberta Agricultural Society, Lacombe, Alberta. About 30 poultry exhibitors and 17 Pigeon exhibitors from as far away as Manitoba gathered at the historical Sales Pavilion and Show Barn to compete for ribbons and cash prizes. Entries totaled over 600, including the Pigeon Show, Open Poultry Show, Junior Show, Egg and Utility Classes.
Spectators crowded the aisles on Saturday as they came to see the excellent assortment of birds on exhibit and enjoy the other attractions including the ever-popular Chicken John's petting zoo. The buying/selling area, silent auction, lunch counter and vendor booths rounded out the weekend and guaranteed a fun weekend was had by all!
